Ron Clough | Chief Executive Officer, Board Member

Ron Clough has extensive experience with several companies that develop and market medical devices for the treatment of spinal disease, deformities and orthobiologics. Most recently, Mr. Clough served as V.P. of Operations at Theken Spine and Therics, LLC, and was a key executive in the acquisition and integration of Theken Spine into Integra LifeSciences, an international medical device company. Prior to that he served as a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Consulting Group and as a hospital administrator for Millard Fillmore Hospitals.

Chad White | Vice President of Sales

Chad White has been Vice President of Sales at Osseon since 2009. Prior to joining Osseon, Mr. White held positions with Dfine, TranS1, and Venture Medical, a Division of Medtronic Sofamor-Danek, in sales, sales training, and surgeon training. He also has extensive leadership experience from his service in the United States Armed Forces as an Army Ranger.

Connie Esch | Area Director of Sales

Connie has over 20 years of medical sales and sales management experience including the role of Spine Consultant at Kyphon and Neuro Specialist at Codman, a division of Johnson & Johnson. She has held positions ranging from Territory Manager to Regional Manager, to Regional Vice President of Sales. Connie has extensive clinical knowledge and sales management expertise, and her experience includes sales training, surgeon training, forecasting, strategic account development, and tactical sales planning and execution.

Keith Burger | Director of Research & Development

Keith Burger has over 20 years of experience in medical device engineering. He has designed and developed novel devices for the treatment of a wide range of ailments from asthma to wrinkles. He has 16 years of experience with early stage start-ups including R&D Engineering Manager at MyoScience Inc. He served as Development Engineer at Broncus Technologies Inc./Asthmatix Inc., Endotex Interventional Systems, and CryoVascular Systems. Keith is a named inventor on over 20 patent filings.

Rob Weathers | Director of Quality

Rob Weathers has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. He specializes in quality system implementation, administration and compliance in company sizes ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. Prior to Osseon, Mr. Weathers worked for Foxhollow Technologies (acquired by EV3) as a Certified Quality Engineer specializing in peripheral atherectomy devices. Before Foxhollow, he worked for Arterial Vascular Engineering, Inc. specializing in coronary and peripheral balloon catheters and stents.

Spencer Hill | Controller/Director of Finance

Spencer Hill has built a career bringing emerging technologies to market. Prior to Osseon, Mr. Hill ran the finance department at PolyRemedy, Inc., a venture capital backed firm focused on wound care management. Before joining PolyRemedy, he worked in the finance department at Tesla Motors, which successfully went public in 2010. He has also consulted for a variety of other medical device start-up companies.

Joseph R. Tamayo | Regulatory Affairs Consultant

Joseph Tamayo has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He specializes in regulatory and quality programs for hybrid or combination technology products. Prior to Osseon, Mr. Tamayo headed the Regulatory and Quality organizations for Medlogics Device Corporation, a start-up developing drug eluting coronary stents, and Bioheart Incorporated, a biotech company involved in autologous cell therapies for congestive heart failure. He has held regulatory management positions at Cerus Corporation and Arterial Vascular Engineering, Inc.
