The Osseoperm delivery system includes the following components:

Osseoperm 20g container of sterile powder polymer 

• Polymethylmethacrylate 67.50% w/w
• Barium Sulfate 30.00% w/w
• Benzoyl Peroxide 2.50% w/w

One 9.4g vial of sterile liquid monomer

• Monomethylmethacrylate 99.10% w/w
• N.N-dimethyl-p-toluidine 0.90% w/w
• Hydroquinone 75ppm
